Global investment manager Afi Inversiones Globales and securities broker Finaccess Value have announced the launch of Finaccess Social Commitment Europe RV, a new European equity fund that will invest in companies whose practices and activities demonstrate high standards of social commitment and achieve a set of sustainable objectives.
The fund, which is classified as Article 9 under the SFDR, seeks to contribute to various social objectives focused on decent work, equality, equitable and inclusive growth, respect for human rights; or activities that contribute to social welfare such as health, education, financial inclusion, or the development of sustainable cities and communities.
This product will be managed by both firms, which combine their expertise in both the fundamental selection of companies and the development of responsible and sustainable investment strategies.
