The CNMV has recently resolved the authorization file for the modification of the activity program of Finaccess Value Agencia de Valores to expand its range of services associated with the operation of the securities agency and to start operating in discretionary portfolio management as well as offering advice to all types of clients, both professional and retail.
This authorization will also enable the entity to manage investment funds, thus expanding the services it provides to its clients and complementing its financial advice to professional clients on investment matters with discretionary portfolio management and the reception and transmission of orders. As Javier López Casado, president of Finaccess Value AV, points out, "the expansion of the program of activities is part of our strategic plan. We decided to increase our range of services due to the demand from our clients and thus provide them with all kinds of investment solutions".

Finaccess Value was registered on February 26th in the CNMV registry as a Securities Agency. The firm has Borja Arrillaga, as CEO of the Securities Agency and José David Rodríguez, Head of Compliance and Legal. In recent months it has incorporated the experience of professionals such as David Ardura as Investment Director and Pilar Bravo as Business Development Director, who joined this year.
